Grape Juice
Grape juice has always featured on my favorite juices list but I've never made it myself and when I saw this post of Lulu's I was craving for some. I had a bunch of grapes on hand and proceeded to juice them.
GRAPE JUICE
Ingredients:
Grapes - 1 cup (I used red seedless)
Water - about 1/2 cup
Method:
1) Wash grapes. Blend them with water until desired consistency is achieved.
2) Refreshing juice is now ready to sip. Strain if you wish, I didn't.
always a fave :) and btw, your comment on my click entry post was FAST!! :D

Thanks Uma, Kalai.
Sra, honey definitely would be a great addition but I found this plenty sweet as-is.
For sure Jayashree.
Anjali, Most of the time I've had good luck with red grapes.. You could add some sugar/honey to the juice as a quick way of using up the sour grapes. The black ones are almost always sweet in my experience.. i didn't get them this time though.
Thank you Seema, Hima, Cham, Namratha, Dhivya, TBC & Sagari.
Ramya, this was pretty sweet without all that.
Thank you Kamala & Miri.
Raks, I strained it when i gave my daughter.. i didn't mind the tiny bits of skin (added fiber you see) :)
Me too SMN.
Sowmya, do try, it's yummy.
Thank you Srikar, Trupti & Sukanya.

ReplyDeleteI wouldn't strain it either. Grapes are one of my favorite fruits and really, I should consume more of them. This, I shall try.
